My quote explains how many templates, modules, variants and email clients I’ll cover. It also lists whether testing tools, automations, copy or campaign management are included. Building a template does not guarantee primary-inbox placement.

Do you build newsletters and transactional emails?
Yes. I build campaigns and newsletters, as well as welcome, order confirmation and account recovery emails. I ask which content and variables each template needs.
Will they look identical in Gmail and Outlook?
Gmail, Outlook and other email clients interpret HTML differently. I list which ones I’ll test and prepare adaptations where a feature is unavailable.
Will I be able to edit the templates?
If your tool supports it, I can prepare editable modules or fields. I first check the platform and delivery format so I can explain what you’ll be able to change.
Are sending and automations included?
My main work is building the templates. I can include sending configuration, events or automations after checking your tool and access. Sender reputation and deliverability need their own review.
